COVID-19 Safety Procedures - June 2020

Updated: Jul 1, 2020

Global events are forcing us to make some changes. We need to ensure we remember that this ensures the safety of everyone. If we all work together we will be better for it.

Please take the time to read the information below for our new class procedures: Current Covid-19 regulations allow 20 students/per class (excluding parents), and we have applied the following procedures for the health and safety of our community.

Drop Off/Pick Up

No student or family member is to come into the room before your booked class.

Please wait OUTSIDE until your teacher comes to collect you.

Students will be walked out to greet parents at the end.

Waiting Areas: We are encouraging parents to NOT wait inside the room while class is on. Some exceptions will be made. PLEASE wait on marked spaces and keep 1.5m away from other families.

Social Distancing: Social Distancing spots will be placed around the studio for safety measures. Signing In/Out: Parents will be requested to scan the QR code on arrival to ensure we meet contact tracing requirements. This is for the benefit of parents/grandparents/carers as we will also be using class rolls to ensure contact tracing for your child/ren.
